The Last Waltz Ensemble performs an amazing playlist of songs by Bob Dylan and The Band - from all the different eras of their careers - from The Basement Tapes and Big Pink to The Last Waltz and beyond. Using vintage instruments and equipment along with "borrowed" arrangements, these multi-talented musicians will take us on a wonderful ride through some of the most memorable musical history.

You'll hear a lot of the hit songs as well as a bunch of "B" sides and deep cuts, too! The Ensemble is well-known for including special guest performances by friends from other national and regional bands.

We anticipate an excellent turnout at the historic Myrtle Beach Trail Depot for this performance so mark your calendars and consider emailing us for advance reservations.

In the two years since the release of his album Salvation In Lights, live performances by Mike Farris across the country, including Bonnaroo, SXSW, Austin City Limits Festival, and the Hardly Strictly Bluegrass Festival, have left music novices, fans and seasoned artists with the same awe-struck response. His live shows, in no small part, led to this music veteran taking home the Americana Music Award in 2008 "New/Emerging Artist of the Year."

 
Saturday, March 5th, SxSE will welcome the popular Randall Bramblett Band back to the Myrtle Beach Train Depot.

FYI... THE HOUSE WILL BE FULL for this show so I suggest reserving your tickets in advance and arriving early for good seats. This will be an extraordinary evening of first-class blues, jazz and rock & roll. Excellent songwriting, vocals, and top-caliber musicians.

If you haven't seen Randall and the boys, you are in for an amazing treat. The RBB has opened for Bonnie Raitt at the House of Blues, rocking the house and has headlined several music festivals. A SxSE favorite, the Randall Bramblett Band will delight you with a wonderful blend of blues, jazz and southern rock. Randall's latest album, Now It's Tomorrow, along with some previous CDs - Rich Some Day, Thin Places, Live at the 40-Watt, etc. will be available for purchase at the merchandise table during the show.
